Rhinebeck competitions
I checked out the knitting and spinning entries at the Rhinebeck Show. I am considering entering a piece or 2 next year. The featured breed next year is Romney. I like spinning Romney, so I need to start looking for some fiber to spin and think about what I want to knit with it. At the Spinning class I took at EGLFC with Patsy Zawistoski she gave us some fleece from Lamb Lane Farm in Iowa that was wonderful to work with and a beautiful soft grey. I may have to look up the farm and see if I can get a fleece from them.
There were skeins in the competition too, but they didn't photograph well, so no pictures of them.
