No, I haven't finished my Sensorial album which is due today, it is just going to have to be turned in late. But since the 1 1/2 hours that it would take to go to knitting guild last night were not going to make the difference in turning it in on time, I went to the Knitting Guild meeting. It was mini seminar night and I took the seaming seminar. I learned some things that will be helpful when I finish my next sweater.
While I was there I wound the skein for the 2nd March knee sock, but forgot to bring the directions so I didn't cast on for it. I did work on my satchel from the Folk Bags book, the one I started because I wanted it last summer, yeah, that one. I have one more inch of seed stitch to finish on the back and then I think I am ready for finishing it, although I may still have one pocket piece to knit. I WILL have it for this summer. MY knitting time is still severely limited by my Montessori classwork and prep for coronation next weekend.
My dad sent me 2 cool links this morning that connect math and knitting. Check them out:

Yesterday the weather was beautiful, Sunny and 59 degrees. Almost perfect weather for barn work. In addition to stall cleaning yesterday I dragged out the hose and refilled the trough for the outdoor horses and used the wheelbarrow to bring them 3 bales of hay. It was quite pleasant. Today it is raining, they say the rain will be occasional. The forecast for the next 7 days shows 3 days in the 60s. Spring is here.
Have a great day.
